Title: Business Analyst (112912-FO KA-IO30-E-JE)

Location: McLean, VA

Duration: 8 months+

In person Client Interviews Friday, 11/29 and Monday 12/3

Financial experience and local candidates Preferred.

The Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with Business Partners, Business Subject Matter Expert(s) and IT for defining and validating business requirements. The BA will be adept at identifying requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as business process modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition. The BA shall be proficient in various requirements elicitation and documentation techniques. The role will include the creation and/or review of the following analysis artifacts and

deliverables: Process Models, Activity Flows, Business and System Requirements, Functional Specification, Business Rules, Control

Skill: Senior (7+ yrs)

Skills:

The individual shall have at least 7-10 Years experience as Business/System Analyst working with IT application development team.

Work closely with project stakeholders to capture existing business processes, documenting functional requirements, and system requirements. This role will also support general business analyst tasks including any additional documentation associated with project methodology, company process and procedures and change requests.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Analyst must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with business users, other project team members and management. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills required. Analyst must be able to elicit requirements from across organizational boundaries.

• Knowledge of Client's role in the Mortgage Industry and the Loan Purchase Business Process.
• Experience with System Development Life Cycle using Object Oriented Programming principles and Object
• Oriented Analysis and Design

• Experience with DOORS/Visio/UML/AUC/Wire frames

• Experience with data analysis using SQL
