Job Description:

GCP8 - System Consultant, Genesys Info Mart (GCP8 - CGIM) Preferred.

Database development expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T-SQL

Familiarity with database administration tasks and data design using data modeling tools

such as ErWin or Oracle Data Modeler

Worked on more than one of call center technologies such as IVR, CTI, PBX

Proven track record using industry best practices for ETL development

Ability to work in

Expert in Business Objects and Crystal Reporting

Knowledge of Genesys Infomart and exposure to Aspect and Nice technologies is highly

desired

Expert in Unix and Windows Shell Scripting

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience working with hardware and software development engineers on complex projects

Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results
