Position: SAP ABAP Developer (101812-ALLCOX-IO32E-JO)

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

Description:

GRM (Grant Reporting & Monitoring):
The GRM application is currently housed under the Trust Fund portal. This application is built with SAP as the back end processing system and uses NetWeaver technology for front end screens. The current version of the GRM was built with an integrated administrative workbench that provides a framework to configure specific questions and screens dynamically based on TF program. Currently this application is being used to generate about 12,600 reports. Several monitoring and qualitative reports including BW reports are generated out of this system. To integrate this application with the operations portal, it is proposed to use the existing ISR reporting framework and decommission majority of the reports from the TF portal. Detailed requirements of the project currently underway with OKIMT is expected to identify the impact of this change on reporting historical data which would require design and development efforts from IMTCF.

GFR (Grant Funding Request):
The grant funding request application is currently housed under the Trust fund portal. This application is built with SAP as the back end processing system and uses NetWeaver technology for front end screens. The current version of the GFR was built with an integrated administrative workbench that provides a framework to configure the workflow and screens dynamically based on TF program, Currently this application was used to process about 11,500 funding requests. Several monitoring and qualitative reports including BW reports are generated out of this system. To integrate this application with the operations portal, it is proposed to use the same back end data base tables to avoid time consuming and expensive data conversion/migration, impact analysis, rebuilding reports, extracts to BW etc. Also, we envisage continuing to use the administrative workbench to handle program specific changes. To integrate the back end system tightly with the operations portal we have to adjust the data store, modify or build new APIs, build additional reports, additional controls and validations etc. This requires considerable amount of design and development efforts from IMTCF.
Trust Fund Program Directory

Proposed solution includes developing a user-friendly online TF program directory which is an index of all programs. For each of the programs listed, a detailed PDF with all pertinent information about the TF program will be generated. There would be a search facility to help TTLs seeking Trust Fund resources.

Enhancements:
My Trust Funds portal is a web based tool to monitor, administer and analyze one's trust fund portfolio. Several enhancements are planned as part of the upgrade, including some based on client feedback.

Planned enhancements include (a) Inclusion of Windows Dashboard (b) Users are currently unsure about selecting trustee dashboard or grant dashboard. There is a need to redesign and simplify the search (c)Download option for information on overview tab (d)PDF option to download complete dashboard info (e) Basis of Commitments(BOC)value to be populated on Trustee dashboard (f) Cost objects dashboard page (similar to what existed in old My TF) g) Enhance and integrate the trust fund expense repost module to the common MYTF platform and provide alerts/notifications.

In addition to the above enhancements, there is also a need to fix issues related to GRM alerts and notifications, GL groupings for disbursement and TF hierarchy in grant dashboard.

TFFR Enhancements
The administrative agreements with the donors requires the Bank to provide an unaudited financial statement (TFFR) on a monthly basis. Currently, the TFFRs are generated by CTRTF using SAP batch process. The TFFRs are downloaded and saved in the institutional drive (W: drive) to facilitate IMT to upload it to the donor's portal. This process is fully manual and involves coordination between CTRTF and IMT. Hence, there is an immediate need for a developing an integrated model to generate TFFRs. It is suggested that the current model be enhanced so that TFFRs are automatically saved in WBdocs
