6+ years or more of relevant IT experience ( Java based technologies)
6+ years of J2EE (J2ee, JSP, spring framework) coding and unit testing
3+ of XML/XSLT experience using Java based technologies
6+ years of HTML+ AJAX and troubleshooting experience
Experience with HTML, web navigation design and architecture
Adobe Flex (3.xx 4.xx) including use of MVC framework.
Experience with IBM ILog Elixir
Java (Core and Servlet)
Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Intermediate knowledge of Oracle/SQL ( Writing queries etc)
Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system
Knowledge of FreeMarker template engine
Java Development Environment & Tools (Eclipse, Subversion, Maven, Apache/Tomcat)
Customer facing technical presence with the ability to solve complex problems
Good documentation and communication skills
Proactive, team player with the can do attitude
Advanced knowledge of the usage of Web 2.0 technologies such as Wiki, Blog, Discussion Forum, Social Bookmarks etc. and usage of platforms such as Facebook, Wikipedia, Linked-In, YouTube, Twitter, Flicker plus others.
Expertise in building components using Web 2.0 and/or Enterprise 2.0 technology.
Experience with HTML, web navigation design and architecture is a must.
Proficiency at creating SQL statements and regular expressions is also required.

Prior knowledge of Jive SBS technology
Prior knowledge with other Enterprise 2.0 technologies
This resource will be responsible for application maintenance and support of corporate collaboration platform called iCollaborate (internal) and eCollaborate (external) built on Jive Software technology.
The major tasks associated with this position are:
o Eclipse\Tomcat Development Environment Configuration and Setup
o Custom themes
o Plug-in Development using Java
o Building Custom Widgets using Java
o Building Web Services
o Documentation of any custom built widgets/plug-ins
o User Administration(Manage User Accounts, Manage User Groups, Configure User Settings)
o Space Administration and Permissions (Create Public and Private Spaces, Manage Space Layouts with Widgets ,Change Permissions)
o Overall Jive admin console configuration and management
o As part of application support team for IFC Collaboration platform, monitor the Help and Training community and respond to customer questions responsively.
o Proactively monitoring the system health and catch any bugs/issues at the user interface level or in the backend.
o Create, monitor and follow up on any Cases created in the online technology vendor (Jive) support forum
o Communicate with customers promptly
o Active team player and participation
