Senior Business Analyst  with PeopleSoft HCM

Seeking Senior Business Analyst candidates for a twelve month project assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role requires an experienced BA with extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and financial services business acumen.

Expected Responsibilities and Background:
Proven ability to perform complex analysis and solve problems
Experience level to look beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends
Developing and assisting in implementing initiatives involving process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes
Managing full life cycle testing processes across PeopleSoft platforms
Providing guidance to more junior staff

Necessary Experience:
7+ Years Business Analysis experience in a financial services environment
5+ Years experience working with and using (at a very high level) PeopleSoft HCM
Specific experience with PeopleSoft HR Modules: Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll and Benefits Administration
Must have extensive documentation and business writing experience
Must have demonstrated business savvy to communicate effectively with all business units
Extensive case diagram creation experience
Extensive data modeling experience
Must be an exceptional communicator
Strongly preferred: Bachelors Degree in a related field or significant relevant experience
Knowledge of HR Analytics a plus
