Details:
The candidate is responsible for assisting the FMMI Deployment Team support FMMI Deployment 3.1 (April 2012) and 3.2 (October 2012) activities and Key Technical Initiatives in FY12.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Environments setup: Perform SAP and Oracle installation activities for ECC, EP, PI, BW, GRC, and uPerform components. Perform post installation technical setup tasks. Perform client copies and database refresh including post refresh Basis configuration tasks. Document installation process and perform knowledge transition to other Basis (Build and O&M) team members.
Upgrades: Perform SAP support pack upgrade, kernel upgrade, and implementation of advance corrections for Oracle, SAP, and RWD uPerform components. Document upgrade process and perform knowledge transition to other Basis (Build and O&M) team members.
Monitoring: Perform monitoring configuration for FMMI SAP systems using CCMS, SMD, and Wily Introscope components. Review and resolve issues mentioned in CCMS monitoring alerts. Perform system monitoring for application performance, database performance, network performance, and hardware performance using monitoring tools (Wily Introscope, SMD, NWA, ST03N, DBA Cockpit, etc.). Document configuration process and troubleshooting approach, and perform knowledge transition to other Basis (Build and O&M) team members.
Support: Provide Basis support for daily activities to project team members. Daily activities includes: import of transports, implementation of OSS notes, troubleshooting critical short dumps, troubleshooting technical configuration issues, completing tech support requests, creating files and folders, troubleshooting performance issues, applying performance tuning recommendations, and modifying SAP and Oracle parameters.
