General Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS:


Minimum 7 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory in a 24x7 large-scale globally disperse enterprise environment MCSE (Windows 2003).

Expertise in Active Directory architecture, server roles, and clustering models for a high-availability environment.

Demonstrated experience with remote management of large number of Servers.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, management of Group Policy, SCOM, WSUS, SQL Server and SCCM.

Demonstrated experience to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues quickly.

Basic understanding of security and identity management technologies (Digital Certificates, LDAP, SSO, etc.).

At least 5 years in-depth experience with IP networking (TCP/IP packet analysis, DNS, DHCP, NAT, etc.).

Experience with the creation of VBScripts and PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and perform basic data analysis.

Experience with backup and archival solutions.

Experience with developing technical documentation for deliverables and recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to stay organized while multi-tasking between several projects, and ability to adapt to change.

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Team player with professional work ethic and positive attitude.

Demonstrated ability to produce results with a minimum of day-to-day direction.

Demonstrated interest in continuing to grow professionally and learn new things.

Excellent Documentation Skills.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent in work experience and self-study.
