Qualification:
Masters degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems/Finance, specialized training or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 8-10 years relevant technical and business work experience.

Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, defining test cases, executing test scripts, and providing user training and support.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Skills:
In-depth theoretical understanding and practical expertise with regards to Enterprise Content Management and structured systems
Interface with the business client to understand and document business needs and requirements relating to the development and maintenance of the systems.

Identify business and functional requirements by working end-users, Application Support Team and lead the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of those requirements.

Collaborate with IT professionals to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet requirements.

Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects.

Provide overall support to ensure the successful design, testing and implementation

Document and manage issues and actions for IT applications and projects

Evaluate applications and IT environments, and analyze gaps between current and desired states.

Participate in the evaluation of new products or initiatives to determine the technology

Desired Skills:
Financial services or banking sector experience
Exposure to Enterprise Content Management
Conceptual knowledge of Documentum, Lotus Notes product features
Familiar with software development lifecycle. Development experience is huge plus.

1. The candidate will gather, review, analyze business requirements.
2. The candidate will work closely with Application Support Team to understand the current application and document new change requests. He/she will be responsible for analyzing and updating the new ('to-be') project baseline.
3. Analyze and document:
Detailed functional and system requirements, and business rules
Business process models to depict existing processes (As-is process models) & integrated and streamlined business processes (To-be process models) analysis model, use case models, use case specifications, activity diagrams
Logical data models (If needed)
System-level process models for the to-be business process models sequence diagrams, class diagrams, collaboration diagrams.
Test cases
Physical data models (where needed)
Data mapping for system interfaces (where needed)
Data mapping for reports
