Job Title: Lead Performance Engineer (10115-LATFOR-IO42-E-ARI)

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
# 1 must have: Direct hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring and/or software development in a n-tier environment
# 2 must have: Hands on experience building utilities for performance testing, tracking and reporting web and web service applications. This also includes test data preparation and data manipulation as necessary.
# 3 must have: Broad knowledge of enterprise performance management, monitoring & testing tools such as: HP Performance Center, IBM Tivoli, SerVista, NMON, TMON, Wily Introscope etc
8 10 years of performance testing experience in addition to programming skills in at least one of the following: C, C++, VB, HTML, Java, Shell scripting.
Strong VBScript scripting experience with XML objects and SQL statements
Proficient with object oriented development methodology and performance evaluation of application software.
Analyze performance statistics (response time, throughput, network load, etc) of production applications to confirm performance projections and application usage trends.
Assist with troubleshooting of system and application performance related issues and recommend fixes.
Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize cross platform performance statistics and conduct capacity planning
Ability to distill volumes of data, analyze performance results, and diagnose performance and capacity problems.
Knowledge of and experience in IT environment (mainframe, infrastructure, Web/Java)
Excellent analytical skills in order to effectively analyze broadly defined practices and policies in selecting
methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain the desired results.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2010 tool set MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present (5%) and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
# 1 Preferred: Performance Test automation experience with both front-end applications and back-end systems, experience developing your own tools to facilitate performance testing is a major plus
Health Care Industry experience will be a plus.
