Required Skill:

• 2+ years' experience in developing and maintaining software deployment structures in a .Net environment.
• Experience with AGILE development, SCRUM, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Azure

 

Desired Skills:

• Ability to write and implement scripts in PowerShell, Ant, Make, or similar build & deployment languages.   Powershell skills preferred.
• Hands-on configuration skills with code management, work item, and continuous integration tools.   Microsoft TFS and Release Management experience strongly preferred.  Skills with similar tools (Perforce, SubVersion, Jenkins) is acceptable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of code branching and merging strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft server and application logs and debugging procedures.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts
• Working knowledge of AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with development teams for results. 
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance operations is a plus.
