Job Description:
The Single Family Portfolio Performance Management group is responsible for managing and executing functions that broadly impact the division, which includes Servicing Policy, Relationship Performance Management, Data Analytics, and the Servicing and Portfolio Management executives. The group is seeking a Portfolio Performance Analytics Manager to conduct analysis to help set business strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage a SQL database, including getting data from third party vendors, loading to SQL server, editing and
maintaining the data.
Get date from different Freddie internal databases to perform analysis.
Produce monthly reports for servicer account managers when needed.
Perform analysis on servicer scorecard related metrics.
Monitoring monthly processes on generating QA sampling.
Work with IT on any issues with Unix space the group owns.

Knowledge of Single Family business and/or servicing.
Master's Degree or Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in physics, applied mathematics, economics, statistics / probability or related quantitative discipline and coursework, thesis or internships which demonstrated knowledge of statistical and economic analysis.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines.
Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills.
Master's Degree or Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in physics, applied mathematics, economics, statistics / probability or related quantitative discipline and coursework, thesis or internships which demonstrated knowledge of statistical and economic analysis.
