Required skill and Experience:
· Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience (or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business, Software, Computer Science or related field) or ITLP graduate

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst focused on commercial application
software
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing commercial application software in an agile environment or ITLP graduate
· Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
