Job Description:

Required Skills:
Must be PEGA7 certified
5-8 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and
development of enterprise application systems.
Minimum of 2 years of industry domain experience
BS degree required
Object oriented (OO) experience preferred.
Has developed high quality deliverables across all phases (inception through user acceptance testing). Including, assisting with identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases and requirements and drafts.
Advanced understanding of project methodologies (SDLC, RUP, Agile, and Scrum)
Expertise in leading and executing unit and user acceptance testing.
Strong consulting skills
Expertise in process design and management for industry or functional areas
Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB)
Certified Business Architect (CBA)
