Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Architect to join our team of architects responsible for the production of architectural roadmaps and technical strategy for new ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate has a strong history of successful software design and implementation and advanced knowledge of the .Net platform.

You have a very solid understanding of distributed systems and SOA
You are an experienced engineer with a track record of building complex systems, particularly large-scale distributed e-commerce systems
You have a proven ability to effectively envision, articulate and measure Architecture patterns and standards
You enjoy developing collaborative, cross-functional software engineering culture and practice
You are passionate about inventing, building and deploying sustainable differentiation to commerce strategy, experiences and platforms
You value hands-on implementation work to keep current with technology trends inside and outside the company
You have an intuitive feel for the interaction of architectural and computational complexity
You live in or are willing to relocate to the greater Austin area

Qualifications:
Masters degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or MBA desired
10+ years design/implementation experience with in most of the following areas: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, SOA,
5+ years design/implementation experience of e-commerce applications
Experience in a world-wide distributed computing environment, and special emphasis on transactional or reporting systems associated with an operations environment
Expert object oriented development and design experience
Expert in structural and dynamic modeling
Excellent communication and written skills are critical

Masters degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or MBA desired

5+ years design/implementation experience of e-commerce applications
Deep experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Platform design and development
o Infrastructure architecture
