Description:

The environment is 24/7 and the group is moving quickly with Agile process. Development and QA working together will ensure optimal delivery.

-B.S. Degree, Computer Science, MIS or related work experience
-Experience with Agile/Scrum is required
-Experience designing and implementing testing strategies and process improvement efforts
-4-6+ years experience leading complex test programs using different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
-At least 8+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development Test Analysis
-Knowledge of software development life cycle and processes for quality assurance guidelines
-Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies
-Knowledge of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools and standards of software development and testing (software estimation techniques, risk assessment and management, configuration management and change control, software tracking constructs)
-Knowledge of the disciplines of Software Engineering with emphasis on testing
-Experience testing with both packaged software (COTS) and custom development
-Knowledge of Internet and enterprise software technologies including web and application servers
-Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)
