Job Description:
Project: ERM Application Legacy Remediation Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has the need to rewrite 5 applications that are currently in an unsupported technology platform (i.e, Visual Basic 5 legacy programming language). With enterprise migration to Windows 7 operating system, these applications are at their end-of-life and need to be remediated.

Statement:
-Responsible for drafting Business User acceptance test cases and scenario scripting.
-Responsible for analyzing and defining test approach and test strategy from a Business user's process perspective, which is depicted in Business Process Models and Business Procedures.
-Responsible for mapping business processes to business requirements document.
-Responsible for creating and managing traceability matrix.
-Responsible for executing test cases on behalf of business users, reporting bugs and managing change requests process.
-Responsible for drafting the post-production user manuals and support documentation.
Skill level:Mid-level (3-7 yrs)
Skills:
- Must have some Business domain knowledge of Financial industry/ mortgage domain, preferably some business analysis skills set along with testing expirience.
- Understanding of business process diagrams and business process model documentation and can represent business to conduct functional testing (i.e. user process oriented testing)
- Experience with IBM DOORS, HP Quality Center and DOORS TD Integration tool to manage doors traceability with Quality Center, Rapid SQL, Unix Designs.
- Implements, executes and evaluates a wide range of user acceptance tests that ensure that the software systems and services meet Freddie mac standards against defined business and functional requirements.
-Develops UAT Test plans, test cases and test results with corresponding data sets. Identifies issues and defects.
-Works with appropriate parties to resolve issues/defects.
- Creates test artifacts in accordance with FM SDLC standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
5- 10 years of testing experience testing distributed web-based applications or complex financial systems.
Experience in technical writing to support user documentation and training material.
