* Requires a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background.
* Experience on large, multi-platform projects
* Leadership Experience - must have had management type experience, leading various sized groups, in the requirements gathering and documentation process. Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
* 3-6 years of direct Business Analyst experience.
