Qualifications

 

Solid communication skills,5-7 years team leadership and 3-5 years project leadership and at least 3 years experience of leveraging different software development methodologies (Agile, iterative). Solid expertise in building large scale data warehouse solutions and business intelligence platforms. Solid knowledge of the management of data modeling, architecture, design and BI design activities. Proven track record in managing highly technical resources, to have credibility with project resources and be able to work effectively with them. Experience in managing projects leveraging Experience in measuring project success factors regarding quality, i.e. requirements quality, design quality, test quality and code quality. Practical experience with test cases development and interactions with business. Proven work experience working with or in a collaborative role with architecture, testing, SW engineering and PMO groups Ability to work with Business interface teams and business leads to estimate cost and negotiate requirements to minimize project impact.
