Client needs a Websphere Developers to assist with the implementation of a new claims systems for a P&C insurance organization. These individuals will act in a integration role.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have demonstrated experience with Websphere WTX
-Experience with ESB
-Experience with Tibco, Websphere ESB and/or SOA
-Strong and demonstrated experience developing web services (ideally on a Websphere platform)
-Familiarity and use of technologies such as XML, REST, WSDL, etc. in development of web services.
-Demonstrated experience coding Web Services API
-Demonstrated experience integrating applications using Web services
-5+ years Java developing Web Services for middle-tier IBM products to include significant JAX-RS Protocol experience.
-Experience writing and implementing across the SDLC
-Experience developing in a Websphere application environment
-Excellent communication skills required
-Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is a plus
-Very strong communication, collaboration, feedback, and facilitation skills
-Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
-Capability to develop and maintain an effective network of relationships with people inside and outside the development group

Desired skills:

-Insurance industry experience
-Guidewire

Must be non-smoker and willing to work in Columbus OH full time for the duration of the project.
