Position 1:  SAP BPC FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Description:

· Our client, a leader in the Energy Industry, has an immediate opening for a Sr. SAP BPC Functional Analyst to join their team in a contract role.

 

Responsibilities:

· Obtain and interpret data extracts needed for system transition between old and new systems

· Participating and potentially leading presentations of our client’s systems and processes

· Provide recommendations and alternatives for providing necessary data or reporting in support of the systems or transition

· Assist in supporting and guiding support of existing applications while working with a managed service team

· Communicate directly with financial business users, IT and management in support of the application and transition of systems

 

Requirements:

· Must be a very experienced BPC resource (No Netweaver please)

o SAP BPC Reporting (Both EVDRE, EVGET), BPC Administration functions, working knowledge of SSIS, BPC Microsoft version 7 experience preferred

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Must be experienced with financial planning and budgeting

· Must have strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and help define requirements

· Preferred experience with Hyperion planning, ODI, Oracle Financials

· Required – Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Information Technology, Engineering or other related field

· Required – 5 years or more of business analysis, business process re-engineering, or related experience

· Required – 5 or more years working with the Microsoft version of BPC

· Optional – Master’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Statistics, Technology or other quantitative discipline
