Job Description:
SF Advantage Rules Management / MISMO
This is a program that consists of multiple projects focused on transforming the loan purchase process and systems to use industry standard data, and implementing a business rules management service, along with a simplified, more transparent contracting process. This involves re-engineering of business process, migrating from proprietary data delivery to MISMO based data attributes, implementing a Business Rules Service to allow for future rules changes, and changing the selling system to leverage the new data elements to allow for analysis.
Support Baseline rule authoring. Need someone with strong analytical skills and very good written and verbal communication. Must have either a background or familiarity with the mortgage industry or prior experience writing business rules. Need some who is detailed oriented, learns quickly and is able to work with minimal supervision. Also should be familiar with the basic systems development life cycle.

Reviewing policy changes for impact to current rules.
Performing impact analysis to identify changes required to implement new credit policy, pricing or Credit Enhancements.
Writing business rules and translates into system requirements.
Validating system test results to ensure the rules meet the business intent.
Entry and or validating pricing grids into our sourcing system.

- Analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Business Process Modeling & Re-engineering skills
- Competent with standard Microsoft Office tools and adept at learning new tools, i.e. change management tools, BPM tools, etc.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry, Freddie Mac, and our loan purchase and contracting practices are a plus
- Familiarity with MISMO industry standard and/or implementation of business rules service also a plus
