Position: Java/Web Developer

Location: Woodlawn, MD

Rate: $60/hr

Responsibilities:

·          Provide support for the SSA NHIN partner on-boarding process. This includes support for review of partner sample and actual CCD's. This will include but not be limited to the development of software tools to assist in the automation of these functions. In addition, provide support for acceptance testing and production implementation of partners.

Requirements:

·          Java, J2EE, XML JavaScript, MKS, SSL, Web Services SOAP WebSphere and RAD.

·          Possess a strong working knowledge of Health IT standards (IHE, HL7, OASSIS, CDA, CDD, W3C, etc.) and terminologies.

·          Knowledge of ICD9, ICD10, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, HCPCS and CPT.

·          Knowledge of NHIN and CONNECT usage.

·          Knowledge of SSA SDLC and Web development environments.

·          Ability to work with SSA technical support areas to resolve environmental and implementation issues.

·          Ability to work independently, often in communication with the customer and maintain a high level of professionalism representing Lockheed Martin.

Education:

·          An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with 11 years of professional experience, or a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with  11 years of professional experience.
