WCS Developer
At least 6 - 8 years of experience in working with Java, J2EE.
At least 4 years of experience working in E-Commerce & Web Technologies including WebSphere Commerce
Previous experience in technical project leadership role. Retail/business experience a plus.
BS Computer Science or related field, MS a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
Understands the financial implications of the project (i.e. software capitalization, cost/benefits, etc.).
Strong decision making abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor others
