Required Skills:

Ten  years of Applications Architecture experience in developing and supporting the design of a configurable court case management system
 Sufficient knowledge of CMS V3 design to provide in-depth subject matter expertise for conversion activities to other case management systems
Design and analytical concepts of J2EE including design patterns like Session façade, Service Locator, Singleton,Object modeling using UML and rational suite, MVC architecture - Struts framework.
Oracle/BEA JMS Framework and JMS Server Administration
Java LDAP and Active Directory API Framework
Apache Web services Framework, HTTPD webserver, Tomcat
Oracle/BEA WebLogic server set up and configuration
UNIX server administration – Oracle/BEA WebLogic, LDAP, CA Site Minder, Oracle Database, iText, Web Spellchecker, CK Editor Adobe Web Output Pak, Output Designer
 Quartz Framework
 Oracle/BEA Jrockit JVM and garbage collection tuning methodologies and best practices.
 JRA Recording and BEA Mission Control. PL/SQL and stored procedures, Oracle Database reports (ADDM, AWR),Mercury/HP Testing Suite Quality Center, Load Runner, Win Runner, Quick Test Pro.
