Required Skills:
· 15+ years of experience in software design and development with uniformly increasing levels of responsibility
· 5+ years of lead automation architect experience
· Excellent understanding of test automation principles and techniques
· Extensive hand on experience in designing and developing end to end test Automation Frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies for large and complex systems, including UI testing using selenium and API testing.
· Experience with scripting and programming languages (VB Script, Perl, Shell, JavaScript, JAVA, J2EE, HTML, and CSS etc.), Object Oriented Design (OOD) and coding techniques.
· Proven proficiency with PL/SQL.
· Experience with test management and automation tools (preferably UFT, HP ALM, AGM, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI)
· Experience with multiple operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, UNIX) and databases (e.g., SQL server, Oracle, DB2, etc.)
· Experience with automation solutions in continuous integration and continuous delivery environment, and Tools (MyEclipse, Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Maven)
· High level of self-motivation and passion for test automation
· Excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills, as well as innovation and creativity with forward thinking
· Preferred experience with Health Care Enrollment and Claims systems.
· Some knowledge and experience with IBM mainframe systems as they relate to end-to-end testing
· Knowledge of IBM MQ, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
