Job Description:

EXPERIENCE:

5-7 yrs experience with Software Systems Development & Maintenance;

Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP & application protocols (HTTP, POP3, SMTP, IMAP, FTP etc);

Strong C/C++ design and implementation skills.

Ability to read and understand large code bases.

Good debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems; ~Must be able to analyze core files;

Ability to reproduce customer problems in-house;

Proficiency in any scripting language(Shell, PERL, Tcl, or Python);

Strong communication skills;

Willing to work as part of a team and collaborate between multiple teams including Development, QA and customer support;

Knowledge of security concepts is a plus;

BS or MSCS Degree

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be part of the Engineering team and the responsibilities include Development, Enhancement and Sustenance of products.

The candidate has to work with multiple teams including Development, QA, customer support and professional services.
