Job Title: Blaze Developer (Ref Code: 021913-ALVNES-IO55-E-CHI)

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities include:

Design, code and unit test updates to existing and creation of new Payrule changes.

Assess existing coding and unit testing techniques used and recommend improvements for rules management.

Assess and recommend performance improvements for rules structure configurations.

Assess and recommend Blaze upgrade feasibility.

Implement instruction sessions on the fundamentals of Blaze Advisor and application to updating and creating new Payrule changes

Required Qualifications:

5 years minimum experience designing and developing rules-based processing application using Blaze Advisor.

3 years minimum experience deploying and performance tuning Blaze.

5 years minimum Java programming.

Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills required.

Demonstrated experience for meeting deadlines and managing work load for multiple project activities simultaneously.

Candidate must submit a one (1) page overview to how they would approach the primary responsibilities identified above for this position.

Candidate must submit a proposed list of topics for instructing on the fundamentals of Blaze Advisor.

Experience:

Experience in instructing developers on Blaze Advisor fundamentals, rules maintenance application and

deployment of the Blaze Advisor Rule Application.

Thorough knowledge testing techniques of a rule based system.

Education:

BA or Masters Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized college or university.

Classroom or Certification Training on Fair Isaac Blaze Rules Engine.
