Skill Requirements:
3 - 5 years of hands-on functional and technical experience with the Oracle HRMS
Experience with hands-on payroll implementation and support with a detail understanding of payroll processes.
Familiarity with the integration of Oracle to 3rd party Time & Attendance Systems
Recent experience creating and updating Functional Design Documents (FDD) specific to Oracle Payroll
Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom application environments and business processes and integration around the custom applications with Oracle R12 (Payroll)
Ability to write test scripts associated with the Oracle Payroll implementation including creation and maintenance including of fast formulas and flex fields.

Skills Required:

* Strong and confident in Rails technologies. Should have an opinion about an already opinionated framework. Our team has several strong senior level developers we are looking for someone with real production Rails experience who will be highly influential on the team.
