Project:
Client is in is preparing to Implement and customize Oracle eBusiness R12 Payroll Module.
Designing Oracle HRMS (Payroll) solutions, and integrating with legacy applications.
Outstanding communications (written & verbal) required as will interact with all levels.
Deliverables:
Accurately updated Functional Design Documents
Delivering appropriate Test Scripts
Configuration of Oracle Payroll to Accept data from 3rd party T&A systems
Skill Requirements:
3 - 5 years of hands-on functional and technical experience with the Oracle HRMS
Experience with hands-on payroll implementation and support with a detail understanding of payroll processes.
Familiarity with the integration of Oracle to 3rd party Time & Attendance Systems
Recent experience creating and updating Functional Design Documents (FDD) specific to Oracle Payroll
Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom application environments and business processes and integration around the custom applications with Oracle R12 (Payroll)
Ability to write test scripts associated with the Oracle Payroll implementation including creation and maintenance including of fast formulas and flex fields.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM table structures to support implementations of Daily HR/Payroll reporting requirements.
Ability to support and develop custom fast formula for payroll.
Experience working with complex Union pay rules and concerns.
