Description:
The Oracle EBS Project Manager will work oversee the applications development, support, customization, integration, reporting & configuration of Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
Skills Required:
Considerable experience and broad subject matter expertise with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 applications assisting with technical efforts including designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment. Considerable experience in designing, building, testing and deploying Oracle technical solutions. Areas of specialty include RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of industry services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
Experience Required:
Strong eBusiness Suite Application Project Management experience
Oracle R12
Finance modules to include(GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Procurement, Budget) modules a must
government project implementations
3rd party integrations with Oracle
Integrating Finance modules with HRMS and Payroll modules preferred
Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional project teams
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts preferred
CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of PM experience, PMP Certification
The Project Management Professional (PMP) degree is given by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has existed for a significant amount of time. It basically certifies you as an expert in project management. The benefits of getting a PMP include potential salary increase as well as better professional recognition and better potential in general. It also looks great on your resume, making it stand out.
