TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
· Application Development / Software Engineering / Design Patterns.
· JavaScript, JQuery, React, Angular, Node.
· HTML, HTML5, CSS.
· Slick UI Development, Including Responsive Experience.
· Web Application Development.
· Oracle 10g+; SQL Server RDBMS Concepts.
· Object-Oriented Design and Architecture.
· JEE, EJB 3+, Hibernate 3+, JPA, JMS, JSF, Tomcat.
· Web Services / API Development and Use.
· Technical Documentation.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS:
· GIS Technologies, Frameworks, and Implementations
· Experience with Carto GIS Platform
· Experience with Socrata Open Data Platform
· Experience with Integration of Application Software and RDBMS
· Experience with Scrum framework SDLC
· Experience with SQL
· Exposure to the Concepts of Enterprise Architecture
