JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client is looking for the expertise in the business unit(s) support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities.Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. 

Requirements:

We require demonstrated skill and ability to define Service Delivery or Fulfillment processes, including the intake, analysis, governance, and fulfillment of server, storage, network, rackspace, or cloud service delivery.

Experience with a large enterprise IS delivery organization either in-house or through a managed service provider would be ideal.

Experience with information security risk assessment processes would be ideal.

Candidate should be conversant in workflow diagrams, UML is a plus. 

MS Visio or Sparx EA are preferred tools. 

Candidate should also be competent with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
