Job Title:  Senior Systems Analyst (81015-LATGOR-IO37-E-ARI)

Job Description:
Our direct client located in McLean, VA is looking for three Business Systems Analysts who have experience in the BI domain. This is a three month contract to perm position. Phone and In Person Interview is required. Candidate subject to background check upon acceptance of an offer.

Qualifications include:
*7 years of Systems Analysis and Requirements Development.
*Ability to communicate with business users and help write business requirements.
*Ability to translate Business Requirements into Information/Data requirements.
*Ability to work with project management and technical development team; build and maintain technical/project documentation; participate in project estimation.
*Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analysis, and ability to solve problems and craft business solutions.
*Hands-on experience with SQL and high-volume Relational databases.
*Hands-on experience with any Requirements Management Software
*Hands-on experience with MS-Office and Visio.
*Experience working with MicroStrategy Reporting Tool preferred.
*Hands-on experience in Multi-Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema).
*Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skill sets.
*Proven track record to learn quickly.
*General knowledge of secondary mortgage industry.
*Strong team player that can assist more junior analysts; willing to share knowledge and work to build a whole team environment.
*Agile development methodology experience required
