Education/Experience/Technical Knowledge

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with 3+ years using UML, IDEF0, Zachman Framework, or other modeling techniques or frameworks

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.

Demonstrated facilitation skills using one or more of the following: interviews, surveys, focus groups, and workshops.

Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft Office Project 2007, and SharePoint Services (MOSS) 2007 as well as project management.

Experience with Microsoft Visio or equivalent system architecture or diagramming tool.

You will be responsible to transform business requirements into functional specifications for systems design, customization and reporting.

Project experience involving web and portal technology and supporting infrastructures
