Job Description:
Client is making a very large investment into VBlock and looking to hire a very seasoned person with this experience. Must have in depth knowledge of VBlock,
must have great communication skills, and must have prior experience running very large scale VBlock projects.

Candidate should have experience with systems/server/virtualization engineering and VCE Block experience. Candidate will be performing engineering, design
and operational support functions. Candidate needs to have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Also must be able to build and maintain
relationships within the organization.

Key Duties:
• Provide and implement detailed and technological engineering/architectural designs for the organization
• Design, build and maintain the converged infrastructure
• Provide regular inputs into future strategy and roadmap for the Virtual Infrastructure
• Drive mature elastic capacity management of ESX hosts
• Work with business owners to continue development and sizing of VMware infrastructure based on business needs
• Keeping abreast of new technologies and developments in related area of responsibility

Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and operations
• Knowledge in creating server and storage grades
• Hands-on experience in provisioning services through UIM
• Hands- on experience in decommissioning services by process
• UIM service life cycle
• Hands-on experience in configuration manager UIM
• Hands-on experience in Cisco UCS firmware upgrade
• VMware
• VCenter performance troubleshooting
• Hand -on experience in troubleshooting ESX performance issues
• Hands-on experience in managing resource pools and capacity planning
• Problem Management skillset
• Hands on experience in Site Recovery Manager
