1 - Project Manager – Investment Compliance/ Six Sigma
1 – Sr Process Consultant - Investment Compliance/ Six Sigma

Need a Project manager and a Senior Process Consultants need a combination of subject-matter expertise --project management skills, and process improvement skills (Lean Six-Sigma).

They must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to work with cross-functional teams, at all levels, to accomplish overall project goals.
Employers seek at least five years of experience managing business process improvement projects from inception to completion.

Duties to include:

Developing and managing project timelines within the DMAIC framework.
-Target Resource Specifications
-MS in finance, CFA designation, or MBA with concentration in finance
-2+ years fixed income trading, investment management, or investment analyst experience
-Experience with investment compliance

Deliverables:
1) Document and assess the life of manual Fixed Income compliance tests - from on boarding through
monitoring/reporting.
2) Evaluate decentralized manual compliance test monitoring and effectiveness/efficacy of testing.
