REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Candidates should have 6 to 8 years programming experience with at least 3 of those working with the .NET platform.

MANDATORY SKILLS

-ASP.NET/C# development experience using nHibernate, nUnit, jQuery, Oracle, Team Foundation Server, IIS, Visual Studio are a must.

Candidates should also be familiar with Microsofts deployment and security models.

-Familiarity with Agile development practices such as continuous integration and automated unit testing is a strong plus.

-Candidates should also be familiar working on an Agile team and will contribute to user stories definition, estimation, and tasking, and will participate in daily standups, start of iteration, and end of iteration meetings.
