Background:

 

This position is for a Technical Program Manager for Core Strength industry leading production initiatives to achieve the strategic goals for Claims, Audit, Enrollment, and DSS(Big Data and Analytics) technology game changing initiatives.

 

Competencies:

 

Knowledge of and experience in managing full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Projects.

At a minimum, 5 years of direct program management experience is required, ideally at a Director level.

Knowledge of and experience in IT environment (Cobol/DB2 - mainframe, infrastructure, Web/Java, BPM and BRE tools))
Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2000 tool set – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio and Clarity Portfolio Management tool.

Excellent relationship building based on trust and delivery against commitment. 
Prior Health insurance industry exposure strongly preferred, but not essential 
Exceptional leadership, program management skills and project management skills, optimized staff utilization and vendor engagements and managing multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional matrixed environment.
Experience in Program Management and execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, particularly as Program Manager or Director on large systems development efforts, with working knowledge of  Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.

Position: Pega Developer(8516- IOM- VA)
Location: Arlington, VA

Required Skills:

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Information Technology
1-3 years experience configuring PRPC
1+ years experience customizing PRPC workflows, 
Understanding of PRPC OOTB workflows.

Specific Responsibilities:
1) Contribute to development and support the USMS functionality using PRPC 7.x.

Additional Preferred:

We are looking for a GemFire developer who will sit in Herndon, VA. The hiring manager is looking for someone with at least 6 years of work and skill progression, with an ideal background in banking or finance. The ideal candidate would have the skill and ability to direct and define creative solutions while using functional and technical architecture requirements. This candidate would also ideally have experience in shell scripting on Linux, with strong experience in Spring framework and Maven, Jenkins, and Jenkins integration (for testing).
