Job Responsibilities:

 

Summary: Responsible for managing the FOCUS product through its lifecycle:

 

· Collaborate with Product Manager to create the product vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with Program Strategy and Goals

 

· Work closely with FOCUS engineering team, other technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met. Stakeholders include Firms, Lines of Business, the SEC and other regulators, and several delivery teams.

 

· Work directly with Business users and leaders to understand problems, help define desired outcomes and alternative solutions

· Collaborate with UX Designers and the engineering team to consistently deliver a compelling product that provides measurable value and delights end-users.

 

· Collaborate with team leads to continually mature the backlog, focusing on delivering value to stakeholders

 

· Prioritize the backlog based on business impact and effort, helping make tradeoff decisions as needed.

 

· Works directly with the delivery team to set clear expectations and to accept or reject deliverables

 

The person in this role:

· Represents the interests of all stakeholders and actively manages stakeholder engagement.

· Is responsible for communicating feature and story requirements including defining acceptance criteria and documenting user stories as well as collaborating closely with the team during planning and review ceremonies. They review refined stories prior to Sprint Planning to ensure the intent of the story is well understood.

 

· Provides clarification and feedback to the team and accepts or rejects work results.

 

Minimum Requirements:

· 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Management with demonstrable experience:

o Using Design-thinking methodologies

o Using contextual inquiry and other discovery techniques

o Crafting key product management artifacts including:

§ Personas

§ Journey Maps

§ Stakeholder Analysis

§ SWOT analysis

§ Strategic Roadmaps

§ User Stories
