Position: Java Senior Developer

Location: Redwood city,CA

Duration: 12+month contract

 

Qualifications & Experience:

BS/MS EE/CS degree or equivalent with software development experience. 

5+ years of experience writing full stack scalable Java applications and micro-services.

5+ years of experience in Java / J2EE, Tomcat, Angular JS, SOLR/Elastic Search engine, Shell scripting.

Must have strong Experience/Knowledge on Database modeling, Database interaction, SQL, Stored Procedure, SQL Loader and DB fundamentals.

Proficiency in BMC Remedy or CMDB will be an added advantage.

Financial Client Experience- Must

Understanding of Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, XML, RESTful.

Location: Washington,DC

Duration: 6+ months

 

 

Required

7 plus hands-on experience with Deployment, scripting and automation.

Preferred

Extensive experience with Scripting/Build tools like PYTHON MAVEN, Gradle, ANT, Artifactory, etc.

Extensive experience with Scripting/Build tools like MAVEN, Gradle, ANT etc.

Solid experience and expertise with Shell Scripting.

Advanced knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems administration

Solid understanding of J2EE Application servers like WebSphere, Class loader policies etc. Experience automating deployments from binary repositories to Application Servers

Hands-on working experience with the Source Code Management tools like GIT, Sub Version, CVS and Serena Dimension

Knowledge in the area of Configuration Management processes, hands-on implementation experience is plus.
