7+ years of experience in developing applications using.NET Frameworks.  
Strong problem research and analysis skills 
Ability to work individually or within a team 
Ability to delegate and monitor the work of less experienced .Net developers 
Troubleshoot issues, identify and implement resolutions and work with technical and business staff to ensure timely deployment. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Ability to multitask and work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
