Qualifications:
8+ years of IT project management experience with coordination across
8+ multiple business lines
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience Experience
with IT projects in the Financial Industry Experience with IT projects

Required Skills:
Develops, maintains, and continuously improves, a standard project
management process utilizing best practices.
Performs project audits to ensure adherence to the PM process.
Reviews project plans developed by project manager staff Provides work
direction and leadership to assigned programs, including scheduling,
assignment of work and review of individual project efforts.
Monitors program milestones and critical dates to identify potential
jeopardy of project schedule and identifies ways to bring project
in-control.
Assesses variances from the program and project plans, analyzes metrics, and

Job Summary:

Description
Specialist 6-10 yrs of experience within SAP FSCM focusing on In-House Cash
and treasury landscape including of 1-3 full lifecycle IHC implementations
preferably within Financial Services or/and Insurance domain is a plus (SAP
ECC 5.0-6.0 experience is a must). Analyze complex customers business
requirements in areas of and In-house Cash control Cash Management, Bank
Accounting and map them to standard SAP processes, solutions and products
within project scope. In depth knowledge of In-House Cash I/C settlements
using pool accounts, IHC Bank reconciliation process (Manual and Automatic),
distribution models for IHC, multiple clearing partners, trouble shooting of
ALE/Idoc flows using IHC logs, configuration and design of suspense and
nostro accounts in IHC. Define, document and perform configuration of new
processes underlined within Business Blue print. Develop detailed functional
specifications, enhancements and modifications documentation and track
development progress partnering with on-site ABAP team specialists.
Participate in testing at all levels (unit, integration and user testing);
designing and driving testing initiatives; develop and execute test plans;
provide leadership to others in support role; documentation and training end
users on processes. Work closely with business process owners (BPO) and
conduct review meetings to discuss the intricacies in the business and the
needed development strategies. Supporting all project team members in
breakthrough strategies impacting cross functional modules and business
processes related to Treasury Strong written and communication skills,
including communicating project goals, progress, risks and issues; able to
interact with technology analysts as well as business partners.

General Requirements:

AIX Systems Administration, including systems installation, upgrades,
configuration, and troubleshooting
Configuration and management of printing systems and mail systems
Server security management
Planning and installation of third party software, backups and restores
Daily monitoring of System Performance
Daily monitoring and investigation of the System Log for unusual
activities/errors/warnings
Database monitoring for usage capacity and performance
Production job monitoring for errors
Ensuring daily backups are successfully completed
Application of Support Packages as agreed by the organizations business
stakeholders
Client copies and/or refreshes as agreed by the organizations business
stakeholders
Troubleshooting analysis of application problems within the Functional and
Development streams
Application of AIX kernel upgrades
Application of Oracle DB upgrades
Serve as liaison to software vendors
Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems configuration and
operating procedures
Follow ITIL processes for incident management, change management and problem
management
Compliance with ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standard processes

Specific Requirements:

7 + years relevant experience as a AIX Administrator in managing SAP
Production systems with Oracle database
IBM AIX system administration certification is required
TSM backup certification is a plus
SAN Storage certification is a plus
Oracle DBA certification is a plus
SAP certification is a plus
Good understanding of the AIX operating systems including hardware devices
and driver functionality, LVM and file systems, Network, Security,
Performance tuning.
Familiarity with IBM p-Series servers including p5, p6, p7 generations.
Familiarity with PowerVM virtualization including HMC, LPAR, and VIO
configuration and management
Good knowledge and experience about AIX System security including wrappers,
SSH, sudo, logging, auditing, intrusion analysis
Experience and knowledge of UNIX shell scripts
Some Oracle DBA knowledge and experience
Experience in managing external EMC storage in SAN environment is a plus
Experience in administering servers in HACMP or VCS Cluster Server failover
environment
Experience in TSM backup and restore management is a plus
Familiarity with SAP Basis tasks in AIX environment is a plus
Relevant experience in use of ITIL processes
Relevant experience for SOX control compliance of critical financial systems

Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work on flexible working hours including non-business hours
