Required Skills:

* 8+ years of experience in developing applications using.NET Frameworks.  
* Strong problem research and analysis skills 
* Ability to work individually or within a team. 
* Ability to delegate and monitor the work of less experienced .Net developers .
* Troubleshoot issues, identify and implement resolutions and work with technical and business  staff to ensure timely deployment. 
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
* Ability to multitask and work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
