Job Title: Project Manager (41615-SICNCK-IO42-M-ARI)
Location: Seattle, Washington 
Duration: 6 months with multiple extensions up to 3 years

Job Description:
At least five years' experience as the project manager of large scale enterprise software implementations for organizations with 700 or more employees; PMI certification or equivalent is highly desired.

 

 

 

Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and as scoped.

 

Experience leading business process redesign.

 

Knowledge of functional specifications.

 

Experience in vendor management.

 

Experience in organizational change management.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Strong ability to track and forecast project financials.

 

Strong negotiation, influence and decision making skills.

 

Ability to manage project team and other stakeholders at all levels, with a background in developing and maintaining effective executive level communications.

 

Thorough understanding of project issue escalation processes and the judgment needed to appropriately escalate issues in a timely manner.

Highly desirable qualifications for this position include:

 

1. Knowledge and experience with, and commitment to Race and Social Justice principles. Experience utilizing equity filter toolkits to facilitate fair and 
equitable input and customer service modeling.

 

2. Strong group facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution skills.

 

3. Experience managing large projects for government organizations.

 

4. Familiarity with public sector permitting processes and requirements.
