Position: Business Analyst (Ref code:0311114-RESJEN-E-IO34-VIC)

Location: HERNDON, VA

Duration: 3+ Months

Description:

Able to comprehend basic to complex business issues, contribute to general business projects,

translating business needs into understandable requirements. Participate in the development and

management of project plans related to application development initiatives, from project planning and

design through testing, implementation and maintenance. Have a considerable understanding of current

and emerging products, services, processes, and methodologies. Able to understand business requirements,

goals, and risks in order to formulate and define business scope and objectives of projects. Participate in both

business and strategic planning and demonstrate leadership in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsible for educating project team members and the business community on the impact of the technology proposed

(e.g., infrastructure) and for articulating strategy and developing contingency plans.

 

 

Must Have:

business knowledge background in originations, underwriting, servicing related to the mortgage finance industry.

-Must be detailed individual, self motivated and self starter.

-Strong analytical skills; ability to attend meetings and do followup work without supervision.

-Ability to work on multiple projects required.

-DOORs (requirements management tool) experience required.
