Job Description:

Embedded experience in one of the following; avionics, automotive, commercial transportation, medical, industrial controls and automation, machine control, robotics, intelligent sensors, radar or air traffic systems – or other equivalent machine platforms.

Required Skills:

Must have hands on experience in implementing messaging platforms using either JMS, AMQP, CORBA, DDS, SEDA, Camel, web services, caching, data base applications using Java, C++ and standard protocols

Familiar with working in cross-compiled environments and working with inline hardware and software debuggers

Familiarity with SOA, Cloud Computing and SW design principles related to SOAP/REST Web Services

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and the unique aspects associated with implementing embedded systems

Proven track record of delivering a software product or solution from its inception.

Desired Characteristics:

Familiarity with M2M related industry standards and competing solutions

Experience working with open source software and libraries

Familiarity implementing SOA/Cloud/web solutions and other related web development technologies

Good skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation

Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
