Job Description:

Extensive hands-on experience with Tivoli and in-depth knowledge of Tivoli Architecture

Broad knowledge of IBM Suite including: TSRM, CCMDB, Maximo, TAMIT, Sametime and Connections

Responsible for designing, modifying, developing workflows, service request processes, as well as implementing software programming changes within the IBM Tivoli TSRM, TAMIT, and TADDM Applications

Experience answering use questions surrounding Tivoli and other IBM Applications (not limited to: TSRM, CCMDB, Maximo, TAMIT, Sametime and Connections)

Reporting writing using BIRT

Workflow experience, including loss/flow automation experience

Optimization, including workflow/screen design experience
