Location - Owings Mills, MD

Candidates MUST be able to interview ONSITE after the first round phone screens - candidates should be local to the east coast and willing to appear onsite
Responsibilities:
* Coding, testing and analyzing application software.
* Supports existing business systems applications.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
5 years professional experience in software quality assurance or equivalent.
MUST HAVE - Cobol, VSAM, IMS, CICS, MF, Cobol etc.
5+ years of experience in mainframes with strong PL/1, DB2 & IMS knowledge.
Development experience in PL/I, preferably in the last 2 years
Prior Healthcare experience.
