Job Title: Oracle Developer (102212-MIC HAN-IO32-E-SA)

Location: JERSEY CITY, New Jersey

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Description:

 

Assist software development in designing, developing, testing and implementing enterprise-wide software developed using Oracle 10g or higher.

 

Using Oracle Designer, MySQL RDBMS, working off Oracle Application Servers, etc. perform duties under supervision of more senior Oracle Developers.

Conduct requirements analysis to document business processes, functions and system requirements.

Develop SQL scripts and PL/SQL stored procedures, functions and triggers.

Unix Shell Scripting.

Generate Oracle Web PL/SQL modules using Oracle Designer.

Experience in Financial Services industry - a must; Investment Banking specifically - a plus.

Experience with trade reconciliation, financial instruments, functional securities.

Supporting 24x7 global system - large volumes and performance are necessary.
