       Skills (Must have):

1.      Strong planning, analysis, decision making, problem solving and application development skills with 8+ years’ experience

2.      COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL, CICS, FileAid, Intertest, Expeditor, Changeman, BMC/IBM DB2 utilities, Oracle, SQL Developer, Linux\Unix Shell Scripting, MQSeries, SFTP, secure transmission methods

3.      PeopleTools 8.49+, App designer, data mover, integration broker, application messaging, workflow, SQR, HCM and CRM

4.      Management Skills: Strong oral/written communication skills

5.      Knowledge of the application development lifecycle

6.      Ability to interact with Functional and IT Team members.
